I think that Bob Barr is a federalist because all throughout the article he reminds us that the legislature is being unconstitutional.

I believe that Bob Barr is federalist because he kind of constantly disagrees with legislation on their apparent neglect towards the constitution.

I think that Bob Barr is a federalist, because he keeps telling us that the legislature is unconstitutional. Also, he told us about how Nancy Pelosi did not answer the question asked by a reporter. The question was about whether she thought the Health Care bill was constitutional or not.

So far everyone thinks that Bob Barr is a Federialist, and I have to agree. The whole acticle is about how messed up the government is and how they are "unconstitutional".

I believe that Mr.Barr is a federalist. He speaks about many ways that the goverment is unconstitutional and is not getting the job done. He describes much of how the goverment is lost in Health Care and doesn't know how to work with the people.

There is no legitimate basis in the Constitution for the government to control decisions regarding what health care a person receives, what medical services and medications are appropriate for a patient, who is to pay for those services and products and how much they are to cost. Of course, for a federal government that recently concluded it is proper to bail out some private business but not others, to purchase controlling interest in some corporations but not others, and to honor certain contracts but not others, it’s not really that big a step to directly control individual health care.

ReplyDeleteI agree with what everyone has said. Barr is a federalist, but I have a different caption. Barr says "there is no legitimate reason in the constitution for the government to decide what kind of healthcare people get.
I wish that the article could load, so that I can be apart of this conversation and agree or disagree with everyone's opinions. In other words, the article was not pulling up. My apologizes.

This man is obviously federalist because he frequently remarks on how our legislature is unconstitutional. I.E "Hello – is there anybody out there who still believes our leaders in Washington care about what the Constitution of the United States says? Or what it was intended to mean? Or even that it exists? If there actually is anybody out there who still believes this, recent discussions on Capitol Hill about proposed federal legislation should dispel such thought from the minds of even the most die-hard optimists."
